At Rowan Books, we keep shipping simple and reliable. Whether you’re ordering a paperback or an ebook, our goal is to get your books to you quickly and without extra hassle.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are prepared within 0–1 business day after payment is confirmed.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST are processed the next business day.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- Most paperback orders ship with USPS or another standard U.S. carrier.
- Typical delivery time is 1–6 business days after shipment.
- Shipping is always free on all domestic orders.
- Ebooks are delivered instantly to the email address used at checkout.
Please note that weather, carrier delays, and holiday volume may affect delivery times.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package online.
4. Shipping Coverage
- We ship to all U.S. addresses, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO.
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
5. Delivery Issues
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find your package:
- Contact us within 7 business days and we’ll help investigate.
Although we can’t control carrier errors, we’ll do our best to assist.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
