1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition: unused, unmarked, and undamaged.
- Any included inserts or supplemental materials must also be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for ebooks, unless:
- The wrong file or edition was delivered, or
- The file cannot be opened due to technical issues.

We will provide return authorization and instructions.
Unauthorized returns may be rejected or delayed.
Return Shipping
- If the issue is our fault (wrong item, defective copy), we cover the return cost.
- If you are returning for personal reasons, you are responsible for return shipping.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- We’ll email you once your refund has been processed.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange for a different edition or title, please contact us within the 30-day window.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- We’ll replace it or refund you in full, including any shipping costs.
